I had an excellent experience with Rooter Solutions, notably Cesar and Hector who diagnosed the problem and had a team out to do the work within a business day. I am very pleased with the craftsmanship of the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone with small to large plumbing needs. Great job !

They did a great job and in less time then I expected. They warn the home owner of all the dirt and dust left behind. Luckily I covered most of my furniture, but I had to wipe down every verticle and horizontal surface that was not covered, like my kitchen cabinets etc. I had to wash the floor three times today get all the dust up. They did the best they could. Very nice people.

Hector and Dylan are very good in explaining the services. Well done and appreciate their friendliness.
However, sometimes any recommendations should be analyzed first by the homeowner prior to make decisions.

Highly professional and transparent!
We had a great experience with Rooter Solutions Plumbers. Their division manager came out personally to assess our situation. They took the time to explain all of our options thoroughly, making sure we understood the scope of the work before making a decision.
What really stood out was that they offered convenient financing options to help manage the cost, which gave us complete peace of mind. It’s rare to find a plumbing company that prioritizes clear communication, patient customer service, and flexible payment options like this. Highly recommended for any plumbing needs!

Frequently Asked Questions

You Have Questions,
Moe Has Answers

Does salt air actually affect my home’s plumbing?
Yes, homes near the coast in Montecito, Santa Barbara, and along the Ventura shoreline see faster corrosion on exposed metal fixtures, outdoor spigots, and water heater components than inland properties. Stainless steel or corrosion-resistant fixtures are worth the upgrade if you’re near the water.
Why does my hillside property have limited sewer line access?
Many Santa Barbara and Montecito hillside homes were built with sewer lines running through terrain that makes traditional dig-and-replace repairs difficult. Trenchless repair methods are often the better option here, since they avoid tearing up landscaping or hardscape on a slope.
Is Ventura County’s water hard on water heaters?
Yes, inland areas like Simi Valley, Moorpark, and Camarillo tend to have harder water than coastal Santa Barbara, which speeds up mineral buildup inside water heaters and reduces their efficiency over time. Regular flushing extends their lifespan noticeably.
My historic Santa Barbara home has original plumbing – is that a problem?
Many homes built before the 1960s near downtown Santa Barbara and the Mission area still have original clay sewer lines or galvanized supply pipes. These aren’t necessarily an emergency, but they’re worth having inspected, since root intrusion and internal corrosion build up gradually before causing a sudden backup or leak.
Do you provide emergency plumbing service across both counties?
Yes, we run 24/7 emergency service throughout Santa Barbara and Ventura counties, including Montecito, Ventura, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, and surrounding areas.
